Refunds and Returns
At Mail-In Watch Repair, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise with a box, warranty cards, user manual, gifts with purchase (if applicable), and any extra links due to bracelet sizing purchased online from www.mailinwatchrepair.com by mail within 7-days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs provided that the merchandise is of original quality and has not been damaged. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Any order that fails quality inspection from Customer Service (e.g., scratches, worn, damaged, altered in any way) will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
When trying on your purchased product, we recommend doing so without wearing any accessories that may damage or scratch it. Similarly, avoid placing your timepiece on hard surfaces like those made of metal, glass, granite, or ceramic.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
Any personalized products (embossed, engraved, etc.) cannot be canceled after purchase. Personalized, engraved, or embossed products cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject personalized items without providing a reason. Returns are only applicable to orders made on www.mailinwatchrepair.com.
Final sale not be returned or exchanged.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7-days. If 7-days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
We reserve the right to deny any return request if the returned item does not meet the conditions of our return policy or if we have reason to believe that the request is fraudulent or abusive in nature. This includes but is not limited to returns of items that have been used, damaged, or altered or returns requested beyond the designated timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a fair and transparent return process for all customers.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We want to encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged during the return process. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
