- By mailing your watch to us, you are NOT under ANY obligation to purchase the repair service unless our estimate is APPROVED by you.
- If for ANY reason, you are not satisfied with our estimate, we will send your watch back to you next business day with an apology for not meeting your expectations at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
- We do not take any money up-front. We only bill you once the service is completed.
Normally our quotes are accurate*. However, on a very rare occasion, the actual price of the repair can be more than the initial quote. Once we receive the watch and we’re able to examine it in person, we may find something that wasn’t disclosed via the web form which may increase the repair price. For example, there may be an expensive part that is broken which would increase the price of the repair. Or there may be some water damage that can’t be seen from the photos you sent in. Again, only on very rare occasions will the repair cost more than the estimate. And we do everything within our power to ensure your actual repair cost is equal to our preliminary estimate.
